The editorial office answers correspondence in English. Correspondence in Russian is accepted, but manuscripts, review and publication are in English only.

All correspondence goes to journal@qairu.edu.kz. Put the subject category in the subject line, and for anything concerning a manuscript add the manuscript identifier issued at submission.

Where an ethical matter requires investigation and cannot be closed within ten working days, the journal says so and gives an expected date. The procedures themselves are described in Editorial Policies, Publication Ethics and Corrections and Retractions.
Status enquiries are best sent after the target for a first decision has passed. That target is four to six weeks from submission; see Peer Review Process.
Submitting a manuscript
The journal does not accept manuscripts by e-mail. A manuscript sent to the editorial office as an e-mail attachment is not registered, is not assigned an identifier, and does not enter review.
Submissions are made through the journal's online submission system. Prepare the files as described in the Author Guidelines — anonymised manuscript, title page as a separate file, ORCID for every author, and the required declarations — and submit them there. The system issues a manuscript identifier; quote it in all later correspondence.
